BECOME AN INTERVIEW SUBJECT IN THE FILM

Thank you for your interest in becoming an interview subject in our film "Wager of War". What we are looking for is real life accounts of how you or a loved one may have struggled with PTSD. We are also looking for professionals on the subject matter such as counselors, therapists, doctors, etc. If you wish to share your story in the film please fill out the information below. Not all will be selected, please understand this has nothing to do with your story being less important! Every persons experience is of the utmost importance to us. If you were not selected it just means that the film only has a limited amount of run time and can only feature a certain amount of interview subjects.
